In the late 90s I was house-sitting in Tesuque, NM at a friend's place. It was a big rambling old house that was the perfect artist studio-retreat-inspiration-HOME.
At the time, I had no home. I had been living in my car (long story) and felt intimidated to be in this big house. This painting is part of a series of Dreams that came to me that helped me reinspire myself and get back to who I really AM.
